- Yellowtail Sashimi with Jalapeno from Nobu
- Monchong + local veggies from Town
- Bacon-wrapped Strawberries from Pint & Jigger
- K-BBQ goodness from Millions
- XL li-hing mui margarita from Lui Buenos
Usually when I’m home I opt to eat at places that I miss while on the mainland…Pa’aina Cafe, Shokudo, Gyukaku, Boots & Kimos and even Zippys. But now that Hawaii has so many fun, new restaurants it’s so hard to choose between being ‘sentimental’ or trying something new. This time, I opted to try 5 new restaurants (Pint & Jigger, Town, Nobu, Cafe Kaila and Lui Buenos) + the usual stops. I did A LOT of eating this trip.
